FOR ELECTION OF ONE (1) TRUSTEE FOR
SANDY SUBURBAN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of Sandy Suburban Improvement District, Salt Lake County, Utah, that an election will be held on:
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2013
FOR THE ELECTION OF ONE (1) TRUSTEE TO THE BOARD OF SANDY SUBURBAN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
Each person seeking to become a candidate for the elective office shall file a Declaration of Candidacy form with the District Clerk (8855 South 700 West) during office hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) between Monday, June 3, 2013 and not later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2013. See Utah Code Annotated 17B-1-306.
Candidate qualifications are:
1. Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing
2. Be a Registered Voter
3. Be a Resident of the Special District
