
Annually, the Board of Trustees at Sandy Suburban Improvement District evaluates the rates for the taxpayers in the District. After analyzing the increased costs in the budget, treating waste water, and other relevant data, the Trustees unanimously concluded a rate increase was not necessary at this time. The matter will be reviewed again in twelve (12) months.
On November 8, 2011 registered voters within Sandy Suburban Improvement District will elect TWO (2) new officials to serve a FOUR (4) year term on the Board of Trustees. UDOT announced that it would be making improvements to and resurfacing 90th South between I-15 and the Jordan River. Work will begin on September 12, 2011 and is expected to be completed by mid October, 2011. Please take this into consideration when visiting our office.
The bidding has been closed for the construction of the Trunkline Upsizing to 8600 South Project. The contract was awarded to the lowest bidder.

On February 17, 2011, at 6:00 pm, the Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at the District's office and allow any interested person to speak for or against a proposed rate increase of $1.50 per month, to be effective March 1, 2011. The new Auto Pay management has been a long time coming, and we know that you will love the new wizard to assist you in getting the entire process completed with greater ease. Xpress Bill Pay
Effective January 4, 2010, we have a new online payment system. We will now be using Xpress Bill Pay as our payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay is the leader in local government and service district payment processing. We are excited about the change and are working to make the transition as easy as possible. We made the switch to provide you with many new and exciting features like full bill presentation, billing history, auto pay, payment wallet, paperless billing, enhanced email notifications, single logon with multiple accounts, and many more.
You will be directed to the new website when you select the "Pay Your Bill" option on the left side of this page, or you can access Xpress Bill Pay directly at www.Xpressbillpay.com. You will need to visit the new site to establish an account. We have attached complete instructions to create your new Xpress Bill Pay account, find your bill, and how to setup a single or auto pay transaction. If you had recurring payments setup with our previous provider, you will need to re-establish the auto pay with Xpress Bill Pay.
